Making An Elegant Impression
Completed in 2016, this beautiful thirteen-storey Hyatt Place hotel features three levels of underground parking, an open and spacious main floor lobby, third floor swimming pool and two-storey penthouse. Although the variable length, cantilevered balconies rising from the first storey podium to the roof, and the elaborate canopy structures provided challenges, our team met and overcame these challenges in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Protostatix also provided full structural site inspection services for this project, delivering all services on-time and on-budget.
