Signature Structure
Built on the former site of Hole’s Greenhouse in St. Albert, Alberta, the Shops at Boudreau development holds a prominent place in the development of the surrounding area, providing numerous retailers and services to the surrounding residents in an aesthetically-pleasing setting.
Structurally, Protostatix contended with challenging geotechnical conditions on the site, and focused on value engineering and structural efficiency to allow the project to maximize cost-effectiveness. Recently completed, with a combination of single- and two-storey buildings, extensive use of outdoor patios and gathering spaces, the Shops at Boudreau represents a significant development on a historic site in the St. Albert area.
